What Our Warranty Covers

Defects in materials and workmanship
Failure of internal components (cordless mechanisms, lift systems, or motors)
Discoloration, fading, or deterioration due to normal wear and tear
Malfunctioning motorized or smart-home integration components (within the warranty period)
Damage occurring during shipping (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)


What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover

Damage due to improper installation or modifications
Normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period
Misuse, abuse, or neglect (including exposure to excessive moisture, pets, or insects)
Fading due to prolonged sun exposure beyond normal expectations
Accidental damage (tears, cuts, or stains from cleaning with improper chemicals)
Batteries for motorized shades (rechargeable or replaceable batteries are not covered)
DIY alterations or installation errors


How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience any issues covered by our warranty, follow these steps:
