We stand behind every shade we manufacture.

If your shade arrives with any defect or error on our part, we will:

  • Remake or repair your shades at no charge
  • Cover return shipping on defective items
  • Prioritize your replacement order in production

This guarantee covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect cuts or dimensions (our error)
  • Wrong fabric, color, or configuration shipped
  • Shipping damage (reported within 7 days)
  • Missing components or hardware

Customer measurement errors are not covered. Please follow our Measuring Guide carefully or use our Professional Measurement service to ensure accuracy.

Lifetime Limited

Hardware Warranty

Covers all mechanical components against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your shades.

  • End plugs and pins
  • Side channels (if included)
  • Cassettes and fascias (if included)
  • Manual clutch mechanisms
5 Years

Motor & Electronics Warranty

Covers all motorized components against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from purchase date.

  • Motorized drive units
  • Rechargeable battery packs
  • Remote controls
  • Smart hubs and receivers
  • Sun sensors
  • Wall switches
  • Charging cables
3 Years

Fabric Warranty

Covers fabric against manufacturing defects for 3 years from purchase date.

Coverage includes:

  • Fabric delamination
  • Premature fading (beyond normal UV exposure)
  • Manufacturing defects in weave or coating
  • Seam failures (on railroaded fabrics)

  • βœ— Damage caused by power surges (for hardwired motors)
  • βœ— Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
  • βœ— Cosmetic issues that don't affect function (minor scratches, etc.)
  • βœ— Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to File a Warranty Claim

Shipping Damage

If your shades arrive damaged:

  1. Document immediately β€” Take photos of the packaging and damage before discarding anything
  2. Report within 7 days β€” Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  3. Keep all packaging β€” We may need it for carrier claims

For shipping damage reported within 7 days, we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Warranty Registration

No registration required. Your warranty is automatically activated at the time of purchase. We maintain records of all orders and can verify warranty status using your order number or email address.

For your records, we recommend:

  • Saving your order confirmation email
  • Keeping a copy of your measurements
  • Storing your remote control pairing information

Commercial & Trade Warranty

Commercial orders and Trade Program members receive the same warranty coverage as residential customers. For large commercial projects, extended warranty options may be available. Contact our commercial team for details.

Can I transfer my warranty if I sell my home?

Yes. Our warranty transfers to subsequent owners for the remainder of the coverage period.

Do I need proof of purchase for warranty claims?

We maintain records of all orders. Your email address or order number is sufficient. If you purchased as a gift, the recipient can use the order number for warranty claims.

What if my shade is out of warranty?

We offer repair services and replacement parts for out-of-warranty products. Contact us for a quote.

Does the warranty cover professional installation issues?

If you used our Professional Installation service and there's an issue with the installation, it's covered. Third-party installers are not covered under our warranty.
